I chose to become a therapist because I believe in people's inner strength and the healing power of social interaction.
Our mind may sometimes talk us into feeling alone with our emotions and pain. We are convinced that what happens to us is unstoppable and unchangeable.
Kinesiology enables us to break free from this, to feel connected (to ourselves) and to find balance on all levels.
Reconnecting with these energies gives us courage and hope - which is where the magic happens.
There's nothing more beautiful then the way the ocean refuses to stop kissing the shoreline, no matter how many times it's sent away.

I've been there before
I'm obviously not always a therapist. Most of the time I'm also simply a human being.
With the combination of my personal story and my education, I have found my purpose in empowering others to find their best selves, stop living on autopilot and to feel connected again.
From my own experience, I can understand what it feels like to start therapy, to open up and be vulnerable.
Having the courage to embrace this vulnerability, to fully engage with life and each other and to understand that every person and every path is unique makes me the person and therapist that I am today.
A little about me

My favorite destinations are islands. Vancouver Island and the islands of Indonesia are some of the most beautiful I've had the pleasure of traveling to.

I love traveling. In total, I have been backpacking for over 14 months around the world.

My favorite color is blue - like the sky and the sea.

What I still want to learn: to capture light perfectly in pictures, to speak Spanish and to fly a helicopter.
Where I come from
I have been working with people ever since I entered the job market. After 13 years in human resources, I have opted for a more personal contact. Witnessing how healing can happen, how people find their potential and enjoy their lives to the full again, is an inspiring and touching work.
